Article 13 Security measures available to protect your information from loss, misuse, or alteration

When you give us personal information, we take steps to ensure that it is handled securely. The website eurotransproject.com uses a secure communication protocol SSL certificate. HTTPS authenticates the website and the corresponding web server it is uploaded to. It also bi-directionally encrypts the connection between client and server, which provides protection against eavesdropping, tampering or forgery of message content. In practice, this provides ample assurance that the user is connecting to the correct site (not a fake copy thereof), as well as ensuring that the content of messages between the user and the site cannot be read or tampered with by third parties. Additional information on HTTPS: (https://bg.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTPS).

Non-sensitive information (your e-mail address, etc.) is routinely transmitted over the Internet, and 100% security can never be guaranteed thereof. In this regard, while we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you send us, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your information, we do our utmost to ensure its security on our systems.

They collect statistics about your browsing activities. This allows us to track user traffic patterns as well as develop statistical analyses of service usage, such as the time spent on the website and the pages that are visited most frequently. Cookies do not identify you as an individual, and aggregated statistics do not include personal information. Cookies help us improve the website and provide a better personalised service.

By agreeing to use this site and its services, you consent to the use of cookies, including Google Analytics cookies.

Furthermore, if you come to our website through a third party site, we cannot be responsible for the privacy policies and practices of the owners and administrators of that third party website, and we encourage you to check their Privacy Policy.

Article 17 Transfer of personal information outside Europe

As part of the services we provide to you, the information you provide to us may be transferred to countries outside the European Union (“EU”). These countries may not have similar data protection laws as Bulgaria. By providing your personal data, you consent to this transfer, storage, or processing. If we transfer your information outside the EU in this manner, we shall take appropriate security measures to ensure that your personal information is protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
